GETTING STARTED
First install your Dymo LabelWriter printer and software according to the directions that came with it. If you already have a Dymo installed, please check that you have the latest software version, which contains the required label templates.  Start the Dymo Label Software, click Help then click Software Updates.  If needed, download and install the free update from www.dymo.com support. You can further check your installation by using the Dymo Label Software to print a test label.


ShipRush (FedEx, UPS)
To use the Dymo 4XL with 4"x6" labels with ShipRush, click on Settings from the main Order Manager page at the top.  Then click on the WebStore you want to use the 4XL with.  At the bottom of the next window, click on Shipping Settings, then Printers > Label Printers, there select the following:

Printer Type:   Injet/Laser
Printer Name: Dymo 4XL (if you don’t see the 4XL in the list, it is not installed properly)*
Label Type:    4x6 Parcel Label
Vert. Margin:   0
Horz. Margin:  0
Rotate Label: Unchecked

Now click on the Test Button next to the Dymo 4XL to check your settings.
Finally click OK at the bottom to save your settings.


eBay/PayPal Shipping

eBay FedEx Shipping

USPS.com, FedEx.com, UPS.com
Create your label, but when the print window opens make sure the Target Printer is set to the Dymo 4XL. Set the browser’s Printer//Page Properties (under the File tab) Orientation to Landscape, all Margins to 0.1”, and the Scale to 92%. Then print the label.


eBay/PayPal Packing Slips
You can print most eBay and PayPal packing slips by setting the Target Printer to the Dymo 4XL. The browser’s Printer//Page Properties (under the File tab) Orientation to Landscape, all Margins to 0.1”, and the Scale to Shrink to Fit. Then print the label.  Note for PayPal, also select to print only the first page, or it will print a second blank page.
